Personal data

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixel. It collects personal data only if you fill in one of its forms (quote request, project estimator, free mini-audit, offer page, Commandes page), or if you write to us by email. Answers to the forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads are covered below.

As with any web page, the host (GitHub) receives your device's IP address and processes it under its own privacy policy. The typefaces are served by this website itself: no other provider receives it.

Forms on this website. Data controller: LEGANTIS DIGITAL SERVICE SAS. Data collected: your name, your email address, the type of project and your message and, depending on the form, your company name, phone number, desired timeline, platforms and features, your intended budget and the address of the website to review. On the Commandes page, the diagnostic form also collects your business type, your city and the expected number of users. If you arrive from a campaign, the campaign name found in the page address (UTM parameters) is attached to your request. No cookie or browser storage is used for this. Sole purpose: to answer your quote or mini-audit request. The mini-audit is done by hand: the form only passes your website address on to us.

How it reaches us: the form is received by a program hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which forwards it by email, using the Resend sending service (Resend, Inc.), to our mailbox contact@legantis.net, hosted by Hostinger. This program keeps no copy and no log of your message; Resend may keep a technical record of it for a limited time, under its own policy. Cloudflare and Resend are based outside Morocco, in the United States: by ticking the box provided and submitting the form, you expressly consent to this transfer. If you would rather not, write to us directly by email.

Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request and, if it does not lead anywhere, two years at most after our last exchange.

If you write to us, through the form, by email or on WhatsApp, your message and contact details are used only to reply to you. On WhatsApp, your message also goes through that service, under its own privacy policy. They are never sold or used for marketing. Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data: write to contact@legantis.net.

Forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads. Legantis runs ads aimed at Morocco on Facebook and Instagram, some of which offer a form built into those platforms: either a quote request for our development services, or a request for a demonstration of Atlasya Pro, the app for healthcare professionals that we publish. These forms are not hosted on this website: they are displayed and received by Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which operates these services for users in Morocco), which processes them under its own privacy policy.

Data controller for the answers we receive: LEGANTIS DIGITAL SERVICE SAS, Casablanca. Data collected: your name, email address and phone number; for the quote form, the type of project you want and your message; for the demonstration form, your type of practice (solo practice, group practice, clinic or centre, other) and your specialty and city. These fields may be pre-filled from your profile. Sole purpose: to answer your quote request or, for the demonstration form, to contact you back to arrange the demonstration you asked for. We read the answers in Meta's tools; they are neither sold nor used for any other purpose. Submitting the demonstration form does not create an Atlasya account: the app has its own privacy policy, linked below.

Meta processes this data outside Morocco. In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08, by submitting this form you expressly consent to this transfer. If you would rather not, write to us directly at contact@legantis.net, or use the form on this website for a quote request. We keep your answers as stated above; Meta keeps them on its own, under its own policy.

You have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data (Law No. 09-08), which you can exercise with us at contact@legantis.net. You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP). For data processed by Meta, see Meta's privacy policy.

Governing law
