One foundation for every screen
The patient site, Atlasya Pro, the back office and the mobile app all rely on the same programming interface: a business rule is written once and applies everywhere.
One slot, one confirmed appointment
The database itself refuses two confirmed appointments on the same slot for a practitioner. Cancellation is subject to a notice period set by the practice.
Roles, and data kept separate for each practice
Doctor, secretary and practice administrator do not have the same permissions, and the data of each practice is kept separate. The logged-in practitioner is identified unambiguously, to prevent one doctor from signing under another's name.
French, Arabic and English where they matter
The patient site is available in French, English and Arabic, with a right-to-left layout; the mobile app in preparation is in French and Arabic; Atlasya Pro is, for now, in French.
Security measures for sensitive data
Role-based access, strengthened authentication for platform administration accounts, limits on login attempts, an audit log: health data is sensitive personal data, which law 09-08 governs.
Automated tests, continuously
About two hundred unit tests, along with other automated checks, run through continuous integration; the server is deployed automatically only when they pass.
